Shipping costs by country

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and your order amount. In many countries, shipping is free from a certain amount. In countries with their own currency, checkout will convert the amounts to your local currency.

"Other EU countries" include: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia and Slovenia. The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic and Romania have their own rates.

Extra options in the Netherlands and Belgium

• Premium home delivery with insurance. Your shipment is processed with priority and is insured during transport. Netherlands: € 9.95 (for orders up to € 100) or € 3.95 (from € 100). Belgium: € 12.95 (up to € 100) or € 3.95 (from € 100).
• Letterbox packet with PostNL (Netherlands only). € 3.95 for very small, light items. This option only appears at checkout if your order fits through the letterbox.
• Store pickup in Groningen. Always free, see below.

Large and heavy items

Punching bags and puzzle mats do not ship as standard parcels. They have separate rates, which you'll also see at checkout:

Store pickup in Groningen (free)

Choose Store pickup at checkout and you won't pay shipping costs. You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready.

To make sure everything is ready, particularly for items from a brand's warehouse, email us with your order number before you come by.

Delivery times

Each product shows the current delivery time. Items from our own warehouse in Groningen are available immediately. Other products come directly from the brand's warehouse and take a bit longer. If you order multiple products, we'll ship once everything has arrived; if you'd like the immediately available items sooner, please contact us.

Per brand, these are the delivery times from the brand warehouse: Booster, Super Pro, Hayabusa, Sportief and Adidas 2 to 5 working days (outside the Netherlands and Belgium 2 to 6), Venum 2 to 6 working days (outside the Netherlands and Belgium 2 to 7), Phantom Athletics 3 to 8 working days and Leone 4 to 9 working days.

Delivery times outside the Netherlands and Belgium are an indication from the point of shipment; delivery time depends on the country and carrier. Delivery times are always an indication. Public holidays, weather conditions and carrier congestion may affect delivery. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us with the expected delivery date.

Ordering outside the EU

Ordering from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or another country outside the EU? In the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, our prices are excluding VAT. We do not charge the VAT of the destination country and any import duties at checkout: the carrier will charge them, possibly including customs handling fees, upon delivery. Customs clearance may add a few extra days.

Track & trace

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a track & trace link. With it, you can follow your shipment and see the expected delivery day. Haven't received it? Check your spam folder too. If there's still nothing in your inbox after the shipping confirmation, email us with your order number.

Partial deliveries

If your order consists of products with different delivery times, we may ship in parts. You'll receive a separate track & trace for each shipment. You only pay shipping costs once.
