You earn points with every order: 5 points per euro, up to 7 as a VIP member. From 500 points onwards, you can redeem them for a discount. You don't need to sign up for anything.

Which products do I earn points on?
Everything you pay for, except sale products with 20% or more discount, shipping costs and gift vouchers.
When do I receive my points?
30 days after dispatch. If you return an item, that product doesn't count.
How long are my points valid?
As long as you keep ordering. If you don't order for 12 months, they expire. You'll get a reminder beforehand.
How does the referral programme work?
You share your own link. Your friend gets €5 off their first order from €50 onwards. You receive 250 points once they've placed their order.
Can I combine points with another discount code?
No, you use one discount code per order.
Do business customers participate?
No, business and wholesale orders don't earn points.
