Fit and sizing advice
Choose your size based on height and shin length. M is often suitable for athletes up to around 170 cm, L for 170 to 185 cm and XL for 185 cm and taller. The double velcro closure provides firm fixation around the calf, while the elastic straps keep the foot and heel stable. If in doubt between two sizes, we recommend the larger size for full coverage.

Yes. The combination of an anatomical shell, double velcro and elastic straps minimises shifting during kicks and checks.
Are they suitable for heavy bag training
Yes. The three-layer padding dampens repeated impact on the kick bag and pads.
What is the difference with entry-level models
The Elite offers multi-layer foam, better fit and higher durability. This results in better protection and comfort for frequent and intensive training.
How do I choose the right size

Ordering from outside the EU
Ordering from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or another country outside the EU? In the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, our prices exclude VAT. We do not charge the destination country's VAT or any import duties at checkout: the carrier will charge them to you on delivery, possibly together with clearance fees. Customs clearance can take a few extra days.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your shipment and see the expected delivery day. Nothing received? Please check your spam folder too. If there is still nothing in your inbox after the shipping confirmation, email us your order number.
Partial deliveries
If your order contains products with different delivery times, we may ship it in parts. You will then receive separate tracking for each shipment. You only pay the shipping costs once.

In Germany, the other EU countries and Norway from €150. Collection in Groningen is always free. Shipping to Switzerland and countries outside Europe is not free. Punch bags and puzzle mats are excluded from free shipping.
Can I choose the carrier myself?
In the Netherlands and Belgium, you choose between PostNL and GLS at checkout. In Belgium, you can also have your order delivered to a PostNL pick-up point. We ship to the other European countries with GLS, and to the United Kingdom and countries outside Europe usually with FedEx.

What if my parcel is delayed?
First check the tracking; sometimes a shipment is delivered later in the day or on the next working day. If the status does not change, email us your order number. We will contact the carrier straight away.
I entered the wrong address, what now?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we will change it. If the shipment is already on its way, we will try to have it changed via the carrier.
How do returns work?

How do I measure my shin and foot?
- Shin section: measure from just below the knee to the base of the ankle.
- Foot part: measure from the ankle to the beginning of the toes.
- For the most accurate results, measure without shoes or socks.
- Do you often wear long socks or bandages under your shin guards? Then choose one size larger.
