Delivery times outside the Netherlands and Belgium are an indication from dispatch; the delivery time depends on the country and the carrier. Delivery times are always an indication. Public holidays, weather conditions and busy periods at the carriers can affect delivery. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the expected delivery date.
Ordering from outside the EU
Ordering from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or another country outside the EU? In the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, our prices exclude VAT. We do not charge the destination country's VAT or any import duties at checkout: the carrier will charge them to you on delivery, possibly together with clearance fees. Customs clearance can take a few extra days.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your shipment and see the expected delivery day. Nothing received? Please check your spam folder too. If there is still nothing in your inbox after the shipping confirmation, email us your order number.
Partial deliveries
If your order contains products with different delivery times, we may ship it in parts. You will then receive separate tracking for each shipment. You only pay the shipping costs once.

When is shipping free?
In the Netherlands and Belgium from an order value of €100. In Denmark from 750 kr, in Sweden from 1,500 kr, in Poland from 450 zł, in the Czech Republic from 3,750 Kč, in Romania from 800 lei and in the United Kingdom from £130. In Germany, the other EU countries and Norway from €150. Collection in Groningen is always free. Shipping to Switzerland and countries outside Europe is not free. Punch bags and puzzle mats are excluded from free shipping.
Can I choose the carrier myself?
In the Netherlands and Belgium, you choose between PostNL and GLS at checkout. In Belgium, you can also have your order delivered to a PostNL pick-up point. We ship to the other European countries with GLS, and to the United Kingdom and countries outside Europe usually with FedEx.
What is insured premium home delivery?

What if my parcel is delayed?
First check the tracking; sometimes a shipment is delivered later in the day or on the next working day. If the status does not change, email us your order number. We will contact the carrier straight away.
I entered the wrong address, what now?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we will change it. If the shipment is already on its way, we will try to have it changed via the carrier.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to register your return (60 days with Gold, 90 days with Platinum). Everything about returns, the costs and the returns portal can be found on our returns page.

(19 jaar, gewicht: 55 kilo) Ik had een maat m besteld omdat ik dacht dat ik er nog in zou kunnen groeien aangezien ik jong ben en niet zo zwaar, alleen viel hij erg klein waardoor ik met sparren en trainen snel last heb omdat ze niet me hele voet en scheen bedekken. Ook merk ik tijdens het sparren dat ze snel verschuiven als ik trappen maak en ik vaak moet stoppen tussendoor om ze weer aan te passen wegens de verkeerde maat.. veder heb ik geen problemen met de kwaliteit ervan ze zijn stevig en goed beschermen. alleen te klein voor mij en te laat om ze interuilen..

Goeie compacte scheenbeschermers. Ik heb bijna niet door dat ik scheenbeschermers om heb, maar ik ervaar de bescherming wel alsnog.
De Twins scheenbeschermer vind ik niet zo fijn. Voor een lang persoon zijn ze niet geschikt. Ze gaan niet goed over mijn tenen en de padding is ook aan de dunne kant. Dus mijn voorkeur gaat naar de King scheenbeschermer.
