Tip: For sparring, 14-16 oz (or 16-18 oz for high-weight or sensitive sparring partners) is often used. For pads/bags, you can choose lighter ones for more speed.
How do I measure my hand circumference?
Use a flexible measuring tape around your hand just below the knuckles ( without your thumb and bandages). Measure tightly, but not constrictively.

Not sure between two sizes? Choose based on hand size (more important than weight).
Do you usually wear bandages ? If you're on the borderline, choose the larger size.
For technical sparring sessions or sensitive sparring partners: 16 & 18 oz.
Please note the brand and series: some models are more compact or spacious – check the product description.
