WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Do you have questions about the delivery of your order? First, check the delivery time of your product carefully. Below you'll find an overview of the different products and delivery times.
When placing your order, you'll find the expected delivery time for each product and/or size. This can vary by product and brand. Once we've sent you a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code, you can follow the shipment of your package.
Click here to find the exact delivery date once it has been shipped. Please note: If your package has been shipped with Packs, you cannot request the track and trace code via the link above. You will receive it by email only.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY FROM OUR OWN STOCK
Orders that are available for immediate delivery and placed before 23:59 are currently delivered within one to two working days. You'll receive a track & trace code the same day to follow your package. Our courier service delivers the order the next day to your chosen location in the Netherlands and Belgium.
ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS HAVE A DELIVERY TIME AND MUST BE ORDERED FROM THE SUPPLIER
In addition to our stock available for immediate delivery, we also have external stock. These products have a delivery time and are ordered from the supplier. The delivery time is shown for each product under availability. If you place an order with multiple products and one or more of them has a longer delivery time, this delivery time applies to your entire order.
During the busy November and December months, it's possible that your order cannot be shipped within the promised delivery time. We do everything we can to deliver your package on time, but both we, our suppliers and our logistics partners are dealing with larger quantities.
PUNCHING BAGS & PUZZLE MATS
Punching bags, puzzle mats and packages with non-standard dimensions or weight are shipped with Packs and A7 Logistics. This courier service, like our other logistics partners, works with a tracking code with live updates to follow your order. The delivery time for this is 1 to 2 working days.
For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, different delivery times apply. Via the track & trace code you'll find current information regarding the delivery time of your package.
