Delivery & return policy

Do you have questions about the delivery of your order? First take a good look at the delivery time of your product. Below you will find an overview of the different products and delivery times.

Directly available

Orders that are available immediately and are placed before 5 p.m. are sent the same day from our warehouse and given to PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code the same day to follow your package. PostNL delivers the order the next day at the location you have chosen in the Netherlands.

Not immediately available?

In addition to our stock that is immediately available, we also have external stock. These products can have a delivery time of up to 10 working days. The expected delivery time is indicated for every product for 'availability'.If you place an order with multiple products, one or more products are not immediately available, this delivery time applies to the entire order.

Boxing bags & puzzle mats

Boxing bags, puzzle mats and packages with different dimensions or weight are sent with an external courier service. Just like PostNL, this courier service works with a tracking code to follow your order. The delivery time of this is 1 to 2 working days.

Different delivery times apply to orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium. Via the Track & Trace Code you will find current information regarding the delivery time of your package.

POSTAGE COSTS

Delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: all orders from € 50.00 and below 23 kilos are sent for free. For orders under € 50.00 we charge € 4.95 in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For orders over 23 kilos or different formats (boxing bags & puzzle mats) we charge € 34.95 in the Netherlands and € 49.95 in Belgium and Germany shipping costs. These orders are supplied with an external supplier by appointment.

Return

Orders can be returned up to 30 days after purchase if they are unused and returned in the original packaging. We cannot take back cross protectors and dental guards in connection with hygiene if they are appropriate. The costs for a return shipment are € 5.00 in the Netherlands and € 6.00 in Belgium and Germany. The purchase amount will be back on your account within 10 working days at the latest.
