Venum BJJ Gis Size Chart
Use the size chart below to easily choose the right BJJ gi size. The chart is based on body height and arm length. Please allow for slight shrinkage after the first few washes (approximately 2–3% at 30°C).
| Size Gi | Body length (cm) | Arm length (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| A0 | 150 – 156 | 146 |
| A1 | 157 – 163 | 152 |
| A1.5 | 164 – 170 | 158 |
| A2 | 171 – 177 | 166 |
| A2.5 | 178 – 184 | 172 |
| A3 | 185 – 191 | 178 |
| A4 | 192 – 200 | 184 |
| A5 | 200 – 215 | 190 |
Tip: Between sizes? Choose based on your height and build : if you have a broader chest or shoulders, choose the larger size. For competitions, the gi can be a bit tighter, while for training, a little more room to move is more comfortable.
How do I measure my size?
- Body height: measure from crown to heel, without shoes.
- Arm length: measure from shoulder to wrist with your arm slightly bent.
- It is best to measure in sportswear for a realistic fit.
- Wash cold (max. 30°C) and air dry to prevent further shrinkage.
All dimensions are in centimeters.
