Usage

The Deluxe Bandages are designed for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and related combat sports. They serve as the essential barrier between your skin and your boxing gloves or MMA gloves. Hand wraps stabilize your wrists, protect your knuckles and the small bones of your hand from impact, and absorb sweat that would otherwise seep directly into the lining of your gloves—which improves hygiene and extends the life of your gloves.

Material and Construction

The Deluxe is made from 100% nylon yarn, a high-quality composition that ensures a supple and comfortable fiber structure. This fabric feels softer against the skin than cheap, standard bandages and retains its shape after repeated washing. The rubber-coated wrist tab prevents the bandage from coming loose when you clench your fist or fasten the wrist lock, resulting in a truly secure fit that stays in place even during intense combinations.

Closure and Wrapping

The extended Velcro closure ensures the wraps secure tightly without any protruding ends. The low-profile design prevents the hook-and-loop closure from snagging on glove linings, clothing, or other wraps. The thumb loop at the start of the wrap helps you wrap consistently and correctly, which is a major advantage—especially for beginners—in creating a solid foundation wrap.

This length is the standard for adult fighters and provides enough material to comfortably support the hand, knuckles, wrist, and thumb. For children or fighters with smaller hands, a shorter version is recommended, such as the Hayabusa Perfect Stretch Youth Hand Wraps.

Difference from other Hayabusa wraps

The Deluxe stands out from standard cotton wraps thanks to its premium nylon fabric and reinforced rubber-coated wrist label, which provide a more durable and professional feel. While the Perfect Stretch offers more stretch thanks to its cotton-nylon blend, the Deluxe provides a tight, non-elastic fit that’s a favorite among fighters who prefer an old-school, firm wrap. Both are good choices—which one you prefer depends on whether you want more stretch or more structure.

Care

The Deluxe Bandages are machine washable on cold with similar colors. It’s best to use a laundry bag to protect the Velcro and prevent tangling. They can also be tumble dried. Wash your bandages after every workout to prevent odor and bacterial growth.

All products are immediately available

Orders that are immediately available and placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday) from our warehouse and picked up by PostNL or DHL. You will receive a track & trace code the same day to follow your package. PostNL or DHL delivers the order the next day to the location of your choice in the Netherlands and Belgium. 

If you place an order for which all products are immediately available on Friday after 5:00 PM, Saturday or Sunday, we will ship it on Monday. In this case you will receive your order on Tuesday.

One or more products have a delivery time

In addition to our stock that is immediately available, we also have external stock. These products have a delivery time of 1 to 10 working days. This delivery time is indicated for each product in the availability. If you place an order with multiple products of which one or more products has a longer delivery time, this delivery time applies to the entire order. 

Punching bags & puzzle mats

Punching bags, puzzle mats and packages with different dimensions or weight are sent with an external courier service. This courier service works just like DHL with a tracking code to track your order. The delivery time for this is 1 to 2 working days.

Different delivery times apply for orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium. Via the track & trace code you will find current information regarding the delivery time of your package.
