At The Fight Company you can exchange or return your items up to 30 days after your purchase, provided they are unused and returned in the original packaging. Groin guards and mouth guards cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The costs for a return shipment are €5.00 in the Netherlands and €6.00 in Belgium and Germany.
We check all returns upon arrival at our warehouse. If we conclude that a product has been used/damaged/washed, there are no more labels on it and there is no packaging, we can decide not to accept this return. In this case we will contact you at all times. We will send the return shipment at the expense of the customer, given the deductible of a damaged return.
