Do you have questions about the delivery of your order? First look carefully at the delivery time of your product. Below you will find an overview of the different products and delivery times.

Directly available

Orders that are immediately available and placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day from our warehouse and picked up by PostNL or DHL. You will receive a track & trace code the same day to follow your package. PostNL delivers the order the next day to the location of your choice (orders after Friday 17:00, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday).

Not immediately available?

In addition to our stock that is immediately available, we also have external stock. These products can have a delivery time of up to 10 working days. The delivery time is indicated for each product in the availability. If you place an order with multiple products of which one or more products have a longer delivery time, this delivery time applies to the entire order. 

Punching bags & puzzle mats

Punching bags, puzzle mats and packages with different dimensions or weight are sent with an external courier service. This courier service works just like DHL with a tracking code to track your order. The delivery time for this is 1 to 2 working days.

Different delivery times apply for orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium. Via the track & trace code you will find current information regarding the delivery time of your package.


Delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: all orders from € 50.00 and under 23 kilos are shipped for free. For orders under €50.00 we charge €4.95 in the Netherlands and €5.95 in Belgium and Germany. For orders over 23 kilos or different sizes (punching bags & puzzle mats) we charge €34.95 in the Netherlands and €49.95 in Belgium and Germany. These orders are delivered with an external supplier by arrangement. 


Orders can be returned in the original packaging up to 30 days after purchase. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot take back groin protectors and mouthguards if they have been fitted or worn. The costs for a return shipment are €5.00 in the Netherlands and €6.00 in Belgium and Germany. The purchase amount will be within 10 working days back on your account.

We check all returns upon arrival at our warehouse. If we conclude that a product has been used/damaged/washed, there are no more labels on it and there is no packaging, we can decide not to accept this return. In this case we will contact you at all times. We will send the return shipment at the expense of the customer, given the deductible of a damaged return.
