The Hayabusa Quick Gel Inner gloves combine the convenience of a glove with the protection of traditional hand wraps. Instead of spending minutes wrapping, you simply slip these quick wraps over your hand and fasten the wrist strap. Within seconds you're ready to train. With hybrid gel/foam padding on the knuckles and a Mexican stretch wrist band, they offer the support and protection of classic hand wraps, in a fraction of the time.

Use

The Quick Gel Hand wraps are ideal for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA and functional combat sports training. They form the perfect layer between your skin and your boxing gloves, protect your knuckles on impact and stabilise your wrists during striking and combination work. Also excellent for punching bag training, pad work and as a quick solution when you have little time to wrap traditional hand wraps, such as during busy group classes or between training sessions.

Material and construction

The glove is made from 100% polyester for a smooth, breathable fit that feels comfortable immediately. The wrist wrap consists of a blend of 50% cotton and 50% nylon. The same Mexican stretch fabric as the classic Hayabusa hand wraps, which provides compression and stability. The knuckle protection combines PU foam with a PVC gel layer, a hybrid composition that effectively absorbs impact without making the hand heavy or cumbersome.

Wrist support and fit

The wrist band is approximately 90 cm long (36 inches) and can be wrapped tightly around the wrist for competition-grade support. This stretch band is what sets Quick Wraps apart from simple slip-on gloves: you get genuine wrist stability, comparable to traditional hand wraps, in a fraction of the time. The glove itself fits like a second skin and stays in place during fast combinations, footwork and clinch work.

Size guide

The Quick Gel Hand wraps are available in four sizes. Measure your hand circumference around the knuckles (without thumb) to determine the correct size:

• Small – hand circumference approximately 17 – 19 cm
• Medium – hand circumference approximately 19 – 21 cm
• Large – hand circumference approximately 21 – 23 cm
• X-Large – hand circumference from 23 cm

Between two sizes? Choose the larger variant for extra comfort and space around the gel padding.

For whom?

These quick wraps are suitable for beginners, intermediate and experienced fighters. Beginners appreciate the ease of use — no need to learn a complicated wrapping pattern — while intermediate and advanced users use them as a practical second set for the gym or as a quick backup. Also handy for group classes, fitness boxing and BootCamp-style training where wrapping time is often limited.

Difference from traditional hand wraps

Whilst classic 4.5 metre hand wraps offer full customisation and maximum wrist support, Quick Gel Wraps are designed for speed and convenience. The gel/foam knuckle protection provides a fixed protection level that handles direct wear, whilst the stretch band provides wrist stability. For competition preparation and very intense sparring, traditional hand wraps remain unbeaten, but for regular training, classes and pad work, Quick Wraps are an excellent and time-saving alternative.

Care

The Quick Gel Hand wraps are machine washable on cold, preferably in a wash bag to protect the material and velcro. They can also go in the dryer. Wash them after every training session to prevent odour and keep your gloves fresher for longer.

Available in black, grey, red, blue, purple/black and grey/pink, so you can choose a variant that matches your gloves and gym style.

All products are immediately available

Orders that are immediately available and placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday) from our warehouse and picked up by PostNL or DHL. You will receive a track & trace code the same day to follow your package. PostNL or DHL delivers the order the next day to the location of your choice in the Netherlands and Belgium. 

If you place an order for which all products are immediately available on Friday after 5:00 PM, Saturday or Sunday, we will ship it on Monday. In this case you will receive your order on Tuesday.

One or more products have a delivery time

In addition to our stock that is immediately available, we also have external stock. These products have a delivery time of 1 to 10 working days. This delivery time is indicated for each product in the availability. If you place an order with multiple products of which one or more products has a longer delivery time, this delivery time applies to the entire order. 

Punching bags & puzzle mats

Punching bags, puzzle mats and packages with different dimensions or weight are sent with an external courier service. This courier service works just like DHL with a tracking code to track your order. The delivery time for this is 1 to 2 working days.

Different delivery times apply for orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium. Via the track & trace code you will find current information regarding the delivery time of your package.
