They are designed with less padding and protection than traditional boxing gloves or sparring gloves, so that the fighter has a better grip and freedom of movement. Here are some features of MMA gloves:- Light weight: MMA gloves are usually lighter than other types of gloves, which gives the fighter more freedom of movement and prevents fatigue.

What is the difference between an MMA glove and an MMA sparring glove?

What size MMA gloves should I choose?
The right size MMA glove depends on the size of your hand. Here are some guidelines to determine the correct size:
- Measure the circumference of the widest part of your hand (usually just above the knuckles) with a tape measure
- Compare this circumference with the glove size charts (this differs per brand)
