How to measure
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist with the tape measure.
Measure around the widest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.
The tape measure sits snugly but does not pinch. Do your measurements fall outside the table or between different sizes? Then we cannot recommend a definite size for this model.
