Use the size chart below to easily choose the right size. Measure your hips for the best fit. This chart applies to most Venum kickboxing shorts and spats .
Please note: This product is one of our most frequently returned items. Venum kickboxing shorts have an extremely slim fit . For a slim fit, choose one size up, and for a regular fit, choose two sizes up.

Tip: Are you between two sizes? Choose the larger size. Venum shorts are short and tight, especially for muscular thighs.
How do I measure my hip circumference?
- Use a flexible measuring tape and measure around the widest point of your hips .
- Make sure the measuring tape fits snugly, but does not pinch.
- Measure over thin clothing or directly on skin for the most accurate value.
