Tip: Are you between sizes or prefer a bit more room when grappling? Choose the larger size. Venum MMA gloves have a tight, contoured fit to maintain control during clinching and groundwork.
How do I measure my hand circumference?
- Use a flexible measuring tape around the hand just below the knuckles (without thumb and without bandages).
- Measure tightly but not tightly – the tape should move smoothly around your hand.
- If necessary, repeat with both hands and use the average as a reference.
