Venum Kontact shin guard size chart
Choose your size based on the length of the shin and foot portions of the protector (not your leg length). This style is a pull-on/elastic protector.

Tip: Not sure? The Kontact is a tight fit when you first wear it and will stretch a bit after a few workouts. If you're between sizes or have wider calves, choose the larger size.
How do I measure for the correct size?
Measure the protector lengths as shown in the diagram: this shows the actual coverage of the product.
- Shin section: Length of the protector from just below the knee to above the ankle.
- Foot section: Length of the instep protector from ankle to start of toes.
- Fit: Wearing thick socks or long tights underneath? Consider sizing up.
- Application: For technical sparring, a little more coverage is comfortable; for fast pad/bag training, a more compact fit is fine.
- Care: Wash at 30°C in a washing bag and air dry to prevent shrinkage.
