Who participates
Everyone who orders as a consumer on thefightcompany.nl earns points automatically. No sign-up required. Business and wholesale orders do not participate. The programme is offered by TFC Trading Group B.V., Kaskinenweg 7, 9723 JL Groningen.
Earning points
You earn 5 points per euro (VIP 6, VIP+ 7) on the amount you pay for products, after discount. Shipping costs, gift vouchers and sale products with 20% or more discount do not earn points. Points are credited 30 days after dispatch. If you return a product, those points are forfeited.
Levels
Your level depends on what you have ordered in the past 12 months: Standard (5%), VIP from €400 (6%) and VIP+ from €500 (7%). Your level is recalculated with each new order.
Bonus points
When a friend orders for the first time via your link, you get 250 points. For a product review you get 100 points, 200 with a photo, once per product. In your birthday month you get 250 points once per year; you can enter your birthday once. Each year you are a customer and have ordered in the past year, you get 250 points. For promotions with double or triple points, the period and selection stated in the promotion apply.
Invite friends
Your friend gets €5 discount on a first order from €50. This applies only to new customers. Inviting yourself or using fake accounts is not permitted.
Redeeming points
From 500 points (€5) you create a discount code. 100 points are worth €1. The code is single-use, works only with your email address and is valid for 12 months. You cannot combine it with another discount code. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable.
Validity
Your points remain valid as long as you order again within 12 months. If you don't order for 12 months, they expire. You will receive an email reminder in advance if you receive our emails.
Misuse and changes
In case of misuse or fraud, we may withdraw points and codes. We may modify or end the programme or these terms; we will announce changes in advance on this page. Points already earned can still be redeemed for at least 3 months after.
