Do you have questions about the delivery of your order? First check the delivery time of your product. Below you will find an overview of the different products and delivery times.
In stock
Orders that are in stock are delivered in 1–3 working days by PostNL or GLS. You will receive a track & trace code the same day to track your parcel.
Not in stock?
In addition to our stock that is directly available, we also have external stock. The delivery time is indicated for each product under availability. If you place an order with multiple products of which one or more products have a longer delivery time, this delivery time applies to the entire order.
Would you like to receive the product or products with a shorter delivery time earlier via a partial delivery* or do you have other questions? Please contact our customer service.
*: partial delivery is possible for an additional charge of €6.95 (NL) or €7.95 (BE)
Punching bags & puzzle mats
Punching bags, puzzle mats and packages with deviating dimensions or weight are shipped with an external courier service. This courier service works just like DHL with a tracking code to track your order. The delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.
For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, different delivery times apply. Via the track & trace code you will find up-to-date information regarding the delivery time of your parcel.
SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: all orders over €100.00 and under 23 kilos are shipped free of charge. For orders under €100.00 we charge €6.95 shipping costs in the Netherlands and €7.95 in Belgium and Germany. For orders over 23 kilos or deviating formats (punching bags & puzzle mats) we charge €29.95 in the Netherlands and €49.95 in Belgium and Germany shipping costs. These orders are delivered by an external supplier by appointment.
You can collect an order from our warehouse at any time completely free of charge, regardless of the size or weight.
RETURNS
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after purchase in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept groin guards and mouthguards if they have been tried on or worn. The costs for a return shipment are €6.95 in the Netherlands and €7.95 in Belgium. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days.
Upon arrival at our warehouse we check all returns. If we conclude that a product has been used/damaged/washed, has no labels attached and has no packaging, we may decide not to accept this return. In this case we will always contact you. We will return the shipment at the customer's expense, given the customer's own risk of a damaged return.
