1. Organiser
The monthly prize draw is organised by TFC Trading Group B.V., trading as The Fight Company, Kaskinenweg 7, 9723 JL Groningen, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 83630562 (hereafter: "The Fight Company").
2. Duration
The prize draw runs per calendar month and is repeated each month until The Fight Company ends the promotion. Any termination will be announced in advance on the website. A running promotion month is always completed in full.
3. Who can participate
- You must be 18 years or older to participate. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you may participate with permission from your parent or guardian. The Fight Company may ask for proof of age or permission.
- Employees of The Fight Company and anyone else directly involved in organising the prize draw are excluded from participation.
- Each person counts as one entry per promotion month, regardless of the number of email addresses used.
4. How to participate
You participate by signing up for The Fight Company's newsletter via the sign-up form on the website and giving permission to receive the newsletter by email. Everyone who is signed up for the newsletter at the end of the last day of a calendar month at 23:59 (Netherlands time) participates in that month's draw. If you're already signed up, you participate automatically.
Participation is free. There is no purchase obligation, and making a purchase does not increase your chances.
5. The prize
Each month, one winner is drawn. The prize is one pair of Caged 'X' Series boxing gloves worth €129.95. The winner chooses their own available size and colour within the Caged 'X' Series boxing gloves. The prize is sent free of charge. The prize is personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or another product. Any applicable gambling tax is borne by The Fight Company.
6. Draw and announcement
The winner is drawn at random (by lottery) from all participants of that month after the promotion month ends. The winner is notified by email at the address they signed up with within 14 days after the promotion month ends. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of this notification, or if the winner does not meet these conditions, the prize is forfeited and a new winner is drawn. The name of the winner is only disclosed with their permission.
7. Personal data
We use your email address and any other data solely for sending the newsletter and handling the prize draw (such as notifying the winner and sending the prize). We do not share your data with third parties, except with the service providers we use for the newsletter and shipping. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter; from that point on you will no longer participate in future draws. For more information, see our privacy notice.
8. Code of conduct
This prize draw complies with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Gaming 2014.
9. Questions and complaints
Do you have a question or complaint about the prize draw? Email klantenservice@thefightcompany.nl. We will respond within 14 days.
10. Other terms
- The Fight Company may exclude participants in case of fraud, misuse or failure to comply with these terms.
- The Fight Company may amend these terms at any time or end the promotion, for example in case of force majeure, without disadvantaging participants. Changes will be announced on this page.
- The Fight Company is not liable for any damage caused by participation in the prize draw or use of the prize, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
- Dutch law applies to this prize draw.
