Use the size chart below to easily choose the right size. Measure your shin length (bottom of the knee to ankle) and foot length (ankle to toes) in centimeters.

Tip: Between sizes? Choose based on your shin length (more important than weight). The Shadow series has a snug fit with firm padding; for wider calves or longer legs, a size up is usually more comfortable.
How do I measure my shin and foot?
Use a measuring tape and follow these steps for the correct size:
- Shin: Measure from just below your knee to the base of your ankle.
- Foot part: measure from your ankle to the beginning of your toes.
- For the most accurate results, measure without shoes or socks.
