Do you have questions about the delivery of your order? First look carefully at the delivery time of your product. Below you will find an overview of the different products and delivery times.
All products are immediately available
Orders that are immediately available and placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday) from our warehouse and picked up by PostNL or DHL. You will receive a track & trace code the same day to follow your package. PostNL or DHL delivers the order the next day to the location of your choice in the Netherlands and Belgium.
If you place an order for which all products are immediately available on Friday after 5:00 PM, Saturday or Sunday, we will ship it on Monday. In this case you will receive your order on Tuesday.
One or more products have a delivery time
In addition to our stock that is immediately available, we also have external stock. These products have a delivery time of 1 to 10 working days. This delivery time is indicated for each product in the availability. If you place an order with multiple products of which one or more products has a longer delivery time, this delivery time applies to the entire order.
Punching bags & puzzle mats
Punching bags, puzzle mats and packages with different dimensions or weight are sent with an external courier service. This courier service works just like DHL with a tracking code to track your order. The delivery time for this is 1 to 2 working days.
Different delivery times apply for orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium. Via the track & trace code you will find current information regarding the delivery time of your package.

Use the size chart below to easily determine the correct size. Measure your hip circumference for the best fit. This chart applies to most Muay Thai and kickboxing shorts .

Tip: Traditional Muay Thai shorts are shorter and narrower than standard kickboxing shorts. If you're between sizes or have muscular thighs or hips, choose the larger size .
How do I measure my hip circumference?
- Use a flexible measuring tape around the widest point of your hips and buttocks .
- Measure over thin clothing or directly on skin for the most accurate results.
- Hold the measuring tape horizontal and taut, but not tight.
- Thai shorts should be looser around the thighs to allow for maximum freedom of movement during kicks and knee strikes.
