Bandages or handwraps come in all shapes and sizes, but which do you need? In this blog we explain which bandages are suitable for whom.
Different sizes of bandages
The most common sizes of bandages are 200 cm, 250/255 cm, 350 cm, 400 cm & 450/460 cm. Most bandages are made of cotton and some variants have a light elastic fabric. The length of bandages depends, among other things, on the size of your hands, but also on your personal preference. One person would rather have a longer bandage where the other only wants bandages on the wrists and does not need an extra long. In general, the table below gives a good indication.
| Person | Tire |
| Children up to 10 years old | 200 cm |
| Children from 10 to 13 years old | 250/255 cm |
| From 13 years | 350 cm, 400 cm or 450/460 cm |
Do you often suffer from your knuckles or wrists?
In this case, choose bandages of at least 400 cm. This way you have enough length to wrap your knuckles and wrists well and firmly.
