Watching tip: Canelo vs. Crawford

Serdar Tufan |

The biggest boxing match in years now available for free* on Netflix

Set your alarm for 3:00 AM on Saturday night, because this weekend an event is scheduled that will turn the boxing world upside down.

Canelo Álvarez vs. Terence Crawford: Two of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world will finally step into the ring.

Main Event: Canelo Álvarez vs. Terence Crawford (Super Middleweight Titles)

Canelo Álvarez (63-2-2, 39 KOs) is the undisputed king of the super middleweight division. With all four major titles around his waist (WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO), the Mexican legend has proven to be the absolute best at 168 lbs.

His combination of ironclad defense, devastating body shots, and ring experience makes him one of the most dangerous fighters of this generation.

But then there's Terence "Bud" Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs): A man who has never lost and is considered one of the most complete boxers ever.

Crawford was already an undisputed champion at welterweight and light welterweight, but is now making the jump to super middleweight – two weight classes up. His footwork, timing, and counters are legendary, but can he make his magic work against a bigger, stronger Canelo?

This is the fight boxing fans have waited years for. Crawford seeks his place in history by becoming a champion in a fourth weight class. Canelo, on the other hand, can show that his time is far from over.

How to watch:

The event will be streamed live on Netflix, and the main card begins at 3:00 AM from Saturday into Sunday, September 14th.

P.S. This will be a fight for the history books. Don't miss it.
