How do I return my package?
1. Register return
Click on the button below with 'return registration'. Do this within 30 days of receiving your order. Indicate the reason for your return or exchange. Note: Always fill in the order number in the return portal completely to avoid errors.
Do you live in (near) Amsterdam? You can return or exchange your package free of charge in the store. You will receive advice from an expert with more than 25 years of experience to find the perfect match with the right product!
2. Packing
Put the products you want to exchange or return in the original box or in another sturdy box. Stick the return label you received on the package. Don't forget to remove your old label.
3. Send your package
Make sure you take your package to a Service Point within three working days.
4. Exchange or Refund
When we have received and processed your return, we will make sure that we arrange your exchange or refund.
5. Goodies
If one or more products are returned and your order value is below €100, the goodies must be returned. If this does not happen, the goodie will be charged. Do you opt for an exchange shipment? Then you don't have to return the goodies.

Frequently asked Questions
- What if I can't print my return label?
- If you do not have a printer yourself, you can choose to return your package with DHL. You don't need a printer in this case!
- What if I don't pick up my package at a service point?
- If a package is refused, or is not picked up at a Parcel Convenience point, the full purchase amount will be refunded minus €5 return costs (€6 return costs in Belgium).
- What are the conditions of exchange or return?
- Register your return within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or return.
- The products are in original and unused condition, come back in original packaging and the label is still attached to the product.
- The goodies must be returned pro rata if you return products. If this does not happen, the goodie will be charged. For an exchange shipment you do not have to return the goodie.
- What are the costs for an exchange or return?
- An amount of €5.00 (NL) or €6.00 (BE) will be charged as a contribution to the shipping costs for the return. This will be charged once the return has been processed in our warehouse. With a return shipment, this amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded and with an exchange shipment you will receive a digital payment link to transfer these costs.
- No return costs will be charged for the following exceptions*:
You have received a different product than the one you ordered
The product you ordered was received broken
